TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority awards the contract for the recovery of waste paper (PPK) in the Eichsfeld district. The tender covers the quantity of waste paper subject to the waste management responsibility of the Eichsfeld district, including part of the licensed packaging waste from paper/cardboard/paperboard (PPK), in accordance with the provisions of the Packaging Act Implementation Act (VerpackDG). The waste paper is transferred to the contractor in bales. Over the 36-month term of the contract, 11,500 Mg of waste paper are expected to be recovered. Due to fluctuations in the collected quantity and the delivery claims of the dual systems, the quantity to be recovered may change by up to ± 15 %.
