Übernahme, Transport und Verwertung von Bioabfall

TENDER DESCRIPTION

As of 01.01.2027, the City of Memmingen intends to reassign the transport and utilisation of green waste, garden waste and biowaste. The services to be awarded are tendered in Lots 1 and 2 for a term of five years each (from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2031). The contract shall be automatically extended in each lot up to two times by one year each (until 31.12.2032, or at the latest until 31.12.2033), provided that neither of the contracting parties terminates the contract at least twelve months before the expiry of the respective contract period (contract extension(s)). Necessary preparations for service provision may begin after contract award (expected week 42 of 2026). The overall service is awarded in two lots and essentially consists in Lot 1 of the following individual services: - Acceptance of biowaste at a transfer facility (= acceptance point) designated by the City of Memmingen, including weighing; - Transport of the biowaste to the treatment/recovery facility/facilities (including provision of all roll-off containers needed for acceptance and transport (maximum four)); - Treatment/utilisation of the accepted biowaste in (an) authorised treatment/recovery…
