Übernahme, Transport und Verwertung von Bioabfall

TENDER DESCRIPTION

As of 01.01.2027, the city of Memmingen intends to reassign the transport and utilization of green waste, garden waste, and bio-waste. The services to be awarded are tendered in Lots 1 and 2 for a term of five years each (from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2031). The contract in each lot extends up to twice for one additional year each (until 31.12.2032, or at maximum until 31.12.2033), provided that neither contracting party terminates the contract at least twelve months before the end of the respective contract term (contract extension(s)). Necessary preparations for the provision of services can begin after contract award (expected week 42, 2026). The overall service is awarded in two lots and essentially comprises in Lot 1 the following individual services: - Acceptance of bio-waste at a transshipment facility specified by the city of Memmingen (= acceptance point), including weighing; - Transport of the bio-waste to treatment/utilization facility/facilities (including provision of all roll-off containers required for acceptance and transport (maximum four); - Treatment/utilization of the accepted bio-waste in one or more authorized treatment/utilization facilities; -…
