TENDER DESCRIPTION
The technical sector of the City of Lapua / the water services facility requests a framework arrangement for earthworks and machinery contracting for the construction and maintenance period 1.1.2027–31.12.2027 and, possibly, as an option for the year 2028. The tender is requested by grouping for the following machines: hydraulic excavators (crawler and wheeled) from the required classes, 5 pcs, wheel tractors, 5 pcs, trucks (also equipped with a crane), vacuum tankers, etc. The invitation to tender also includes an invitation to tender for building work. The tenders shall be submitted for the construction and maintenance period 1.1.2027–31.12.2027 and for the option year 2028 such that the submitted tender price is valid for 1.1.2027–31.12.2028. The option may also be used separately by group.
