TENDER DESCRIPTION

Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system whose subject is the procurement of seeds required for the cultivation of crops sown in autumn and spring that arise during field crop production. The Contracting Authority sets out in the Public Procurement Documents those product categories and their characteristics for the implementation of which it intends to establish the DBR. After the successful closure of the participation phase of the present procedure, when a specific procurement need arises, the Contracting Authority sends the request to submit tenders via the EKR to those who have applied for participation and have been deemed suitable. During the implementation of the DBR, pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.), the Contracting Authority makes available—simultaneously with sending the request to submit tenders—the precise technical specifications, quantities, and contractual conditions relating to the specific public procurements to be carried out within the system for the participant applying to take part in the DBR, while also publishing the technical specifications of the currently known products in the DBR participation phase.
