TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of management liability insurance for MÁV Zrt. and its designated subsidiary companies up to an aggregate amount of 2 billion HUF. Procurement quantity: compensation limit of 2,000,000,000 HUF per insured event/insurance period. Sublimits are set for the subsidiary companies: - for MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt. and MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt., as subsidiary companies wholly owned by the Contracting Party (100%): in total: 2,000,000,000 HUF, i.e. two billion forints per insured event/insurance period. b) - for subsidiary companies other than MÁV Pályaműködtetési Zrt. and MÁV Személyszállítási Zrt., indirectly or directly 100% owned by the Contracting Party: 300,000,000 HUF, i.e. three hundred million forints per subsidiary company/insured event/insurance period. Sublimit for insured costs per insurance period: 400,000,000 HUF, i.e. four hundred million forints per insured event, but at most 20% of the corporate sublimit per company. During the insurance period, the Contracting Authority means 1 year, i.e. 12 months.
