TENDER DESCRIPTION

Västfastigheter Construction and Property Management intends to procure a consulting service for building structure, including geotechnics, for design during the programme and system phases of the refurbishment and new build of Uddevalla hospital for a new operating department, with the required areas and support functions such as a sterilization central, a pre-operative unit, and a recovery unit. Refurbishment approx. 2,900 m2 GFA, new build approx. 8,300 m2 GBA (estimated during the feasibility study phase).
