TENDER DESCRIPTION

• The subject of this public contract is preparation of design documentation, provision of engineering services and author’s supervision, including other related activities, for the work: “VFN Prague – Campus A – reconstruction of utility networks in collectors” for the General University Hospital in Prague (hereinafter also “VFN”) at Campus A of the General University Hospital in Prague, plot no. 1645, cadastral area Nové Město. • The intention is a comprehensive reconstruction of the main heat distribution, and hot and cold water distribution lines led in underground collectors. • The intention includes the necessary repairs to electrical installations, replacement of lighting, installation of technical distribution of electrical power for future service and repair works in the collector, commissioning of drainage channels and ensuring their subsequent connection to the sewer. • With regard to the operating nature of the hospital, a new heat and hot and cold water distribution will be built in parallel with the existing distributions.
