TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this invitation to tender is Lot 2: planning and supervision services for specialist planning of technical equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 15 to HOAI in performance phases 1–9. The net construction costs are expected to total approximately EUR 1,255,000.00 and, broken down by plant groups, as follows: KG 410 wastewater, water and gas systems: EUR 255,392.50; KG 420 heating supply systems: EUR 215,985.50; KG 430 ventilation and air-conditioning systems: EUR 96,635.00; KG 440 electrical systems: EUR 342,489.50; KG 450 communication systems: EUR 127,633.50; KG 460 lifting systems (elevator): EUR 77,182.50; KG 470 systems specific to use: EUR 115,711.00; KG 480 building and plant automation: EUR 23,970.50. A phased award is planned. First, performance phases 1–4, i.e. up to the approval planning stage, are to be commissioned (service level 1), and then optionally performance phases 5–9 (service level 2). The object planning for buildings and the planning for external works (Lot 1) have already been awarded.
