Exhibition, scenography and media design planning for the digital wine experience world "NOIAR - On an expedition with the Zeller Black Cat" for the City of Zell (Mosel) The following services are to be awarded in the open competition procedure in accordance with Section 5.2.1 and Section 5.4 of the Administrative Provision on Public Procurement in Rhineland-Palatinate: AR-/media concept (storyboard, media production scripts - without media production/programming), exhibition design and implementation planning, preparation of the scope of services specifications for furnishing/equipment, participation in the award thereof as well as support during setup; on the basis of the contract according to the HOAS service profile (two-stage). Due to the cross-border location of the City of Zell (Mosel) at the Luxembourg external border and the resulting possible relevance to the internal market, the contract was additionally published voluntarily across the EU.
