    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    The major district town of Leutkirch in the Allgäu region is planning the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops, and vehicle hall. Since the waterworks is part of critical infrastructure, an object monitoring system is basically planned, and critical system components are to be equipped with protection level RC4 (server area as well as the control system computers, which will likely be located at 2-3 places in office rooms). If compatible with protection level RC4, the building is to be constructed in timber hybrid construction. A site plan is attached to the EU notice as Annex 03. The preliminary design plans will be provided in the second phase. A soil survey will be commissioned. An intervention/compensation balancing is also commissioned. For the administrative building, KfW Efficiency House Standard 40 is targeted. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1200 m²) is to be included in the planning; the acquisition and operating costs are not included in the mentioned costs.
