TENDER DESCRIPTION
The large district town of Leutkirch im Allgäu plans the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops, and vehicle hall. Since the waterworks is part of critical infrastructure, object monitoring is generally planned, and the critical plant parts are to be equipped with protection level RC4 (server area as well as the control system computers, which are expected to be located at 2-3 places in office rooms). If compatible with protection level RC4, the building shall be realized in timber hybrid construction. A site plan is attached to the EU notice as Annex 03. The preliminary design plans will be made available in the second phase. A soil survey will be commissioned. An impact / compensation balance is also commissioned. KfW Efficiency House Standard 40 is aimed for the administration building. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1200 m²) is to be planned; costs for procurement and operation are not included in the stated costs. The cost framework is 5.9 million euros gross for cost groups 200-700 (as of 2026, excluding PV system), of which cost groups 300+400 are approx. 4.0 million euros.
