Award of services in accordance with the Procurement Regulation for Public Contracts (Vergabeverordnung): award of BNB sustainability coordination services including documentation support and accompaniment of the conformity assessment, consisting of the following scope of services: BNB sustainability coordination services including documentation support and accompaniment of the conformity assessment in accordance with the selected and project-specifically supplemented service items of service levels 1 as well as 3 to 6 (see appendix “RifT-Muster M221_5_Anl1 Bund, version as of December 2024”). The aim is to achieve BNB quality level Silver according to BNB_BN, new build, version 2015. The scope of the offer also includes optionally available services, in particular: - material and product catalogues - life cycle assessment - calculation of life cycle costs - carrying out and evaluating measurements - review of planning concepts - user manual - water use key figure - additional project meetings.
