Award of services in accordance with the Public Contracts Award Regulation (Vergabeverordnung): award of services for BNB sustainability coordination, including evidence documentation and support for the conformity assessment, consisting of the following scope of services: services for BNB sustainability coordination, including evidence documentation and support for the conformity assessment, in accordance with the selected and project-specifically supplemented service items of service levels 1 and 3 to 6 (cf. Appendix "RifT-Muster M221_5_Anl1 Bund, status December 2024"). The aim is to achieve the BNB quality level Silver in accordance with BNB_BN, new build, version 2015. The scope of the offer also includes optionally activatable services, in particular: - material and product cadastres - life cycle assessment - calculation of life cycle costs - execution and evaluation of measurements - review of planning concepts - user manual - water use performance indicator - additional project meetings.
