TENDER DESCRIPTION
The large district town of Leutkirch im Allgäu is planning the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops, and vehicle hall. Since the waterworks is part of critical infrastructure, an object monitoring is basically planned, and the critical system components are to be equipped with protection level RC4 (server area as well as the control system computers, which will presumably be located in 2-3 office rooms). If compatible with protection level RC4, the building shall be realized in timber hybrid construction. A site plan is attached to the EU notice in annex 03. The preliminary design plans will be provided in the 2nd phase. A geotechnical report will be commissioned. An intervention / compensation balancing is also commissioned. The administrative building aims to meet the KfW Efficiency House Standard 40. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1200 m²) is to be planned, the costs for acquisition and operation are not included in the stated costs. The cost framework amounts to €5.9 million gross KG 200-700 (status 2026, excluding PV system), thereof KG 300+400 approx. €4.0 million. For KG 500 approx. €350,000.
