TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Large District Town of Leutkirch in the Allgäu region plans the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops, and vehicle hall. Since the waterworks is part of critical infrastructure, object monitoring is basically planned, and critical system components are to be equipped with protection level RC4 (server area as well as the control system computers, which are expected to be located at 2-3 places in office rooms). Provided it is compatible with protection level RC4, the building shall be realized in timber hybrid construction. A site plan is attached to the EU notice as Annex 03. Preliminary design plans will be made available in the 2nd phase. A soil survey will be commissioned. An intervention / compensation calculation has also been commissioned. The administrative building aims to meet KfW efficiency house standard 40. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1200 m²) is to be planned; the costs for acquisition and operation are not included in the specified costs.
