TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Great County Town of Bad Waldsee intends to construct a multi-storey connecting building between the administrative buildings at Ravensburger Straße 1 and Ravensburger Straße 3 in immediate proximity to the Historic Town Hall. The planning must take into account the special urban development and heritage conservation situation in the historic old town of Bad Waldsee. The Historic Town Hall (Hauptstraße 29) as well as the building Ravensburger Straße 5 are listed cultural monuments. The new building is to blend sensitively into the historic townscape; attention is to be paid to material-appropriate and cost-effective planning. The outdoor facilities are not part of the current planning. The planned roof refurbishment of the building Ravensburger Straße 1 is to be included in the overall consideration on an optional basis; it has not been taken into account in the stated costs. The measure is located within an urban redevelopment area and is to be implemented with the use of funding from the state of Baden-Württemberg. .
