TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Great District City (Große Kreisstadt) Bad Waldsee intends to construct a multi-storey connecting building between the administrative buildings Ravensburger Straße 1 and Ravensburger Straße 3, in immediate proximity to the Historic Town Hall. The planning must take into account the special urban-planning and conservation-related situation in the historic old town of Bad Waldsee. The Historic Town Hall (Hauptstraße 29) and the building at Ravensburger Straße 5 are listed cultural monuments. The new build is to be integrated sensitively into the historic townscape; attention is to be paid to material-appropriate and economical planning. The outdoor facilities are not part of the current planning. The planned roof refurbishment of the building at Ravensburger Straße 1 is intended to be optionally included in the overall assessment; it has not yet been taken into account in the stated costs. The measure is located within an urban redevelopment area and is to be implemented with the use of funding from the state of Baden-Württemberg. . The negotiation discussions are expected to take place on Monday, 25.01.2027.
