TENDER DESCRIPTION

The large district town of Leutkirch in the Allgäu region is planning the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops, and vehicle hall. Since the waterworks is part of critical infrastructure, object monitoring is basically planned, and the critical system components are to be equipped with protection level RC4 (server room as well as the control system computers, which are expected to be located in 2-3 places in office rooms). If compatible with protection level RC4, the building is to be constructed using timber hybrid construction. A site plan is attached to the EU notice as Annex 03. The preliminary design plans will be provided in the second phase. A soil survey will be commissioned. An impact/compensation balancing has also been commissioned. KfW Efficiency House Standard 40 is targeted for the administrative building. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1200 m²) is to be planned; the costs for procurement and operation are not included in the mentioned costs.
