TENDER DESCRIPTION

The major district town of Leutkirch im Allgäu is planning the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops, and vehicle hall. Since the waterworks counts as critical infrastructure, an object monitoring is basically planned, with the critical plant parts to be equipped with protection level RC4 (server area as well as the control system computers, which are expected to be at 2-3 locations in office rooms). If compatible with protection level RC4, the building is to be realized in timber hybrid construction. A site plan is attached to the EU notice as Annex 03. The preliminary design plans will be made available in phase 2. A soil survey will be commissioned. An impact / compensation balance is also commissioned. KfW efficiency house standard 40 is targeted for the administration building. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1200 m²) is to be planned; the costs for acquisition and operation are not included in the mentioned costs.
