    TENDER DESCRIPTION

    The major district town of Leutkirch im Allgäu is planning the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops, and vehicle hall. Since the waterworks are part of critical infrastructure, object monitoring is basically intended, with critical system components to be equipped with protection level RC4 (server area as well as the control system computers, which will probably be located in 2-3 places in office rooms). If compatible with protection level RC4, the building should be realized in timber hybrid construction. A site plan is attached to the EU announcement as Annex 03. The preliminary design plans will be provided in the 2nd phase. A soil survey will be commissioned. An intervention/compensation balancing has also been commissioned. A KfW Efficiency House Standard 40 is targeted for the administrative building. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1200 m²) is to be planned, acquisition and operating costs are not included in the stated costs. The cost framework is €5.9 million gross KG 200-700 (status 2026, without PV system), of which approximately €4.0 million for KG 300+400. About €350,000 for KG 500.
