TENDER DESCRIPTION

The major district town of Leutkirch in the Allgäu plans the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops, and vehicle hall. Since the waterworks are part of critical infrastructure, object monitoring is basically planned, and the critical system components are to be equipped with protection level RC4 (server area as well as the control system computers, which are expected to be located at 2-3 places in office rooms). If compatible with protection level RC4, the building is to be constructed as a wood-hybrid structure. A site plan is attached to the EU announcement in Annex 03. The preliminary design plans will be made available in the 2nd phase. A soil survey will be commissioned. An intervention/compensation balance is also commissioned. KfW Efficiency House Standard 40 is targeted for the administrative building. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1200 m²) is to be planned, with costs for acquisition and operation not included in the stated costs.
