TENDER DESCRIPTION
The large district town of Leutkirch in the Allgäu is planning the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops, and a vehicle hall. Since the waterworks is part of critical infrastructure, object monitoring is basically planned, with critical system components to be equipped with protection level RC4 (server area as well as the control system computers, which are expected to be located at 2-3 places in office rooms). If compatible with protection level RC4, the building shall be realized in hybrid timber construction. A site plan is attached as Annex 03 to the EU announcement. The preliminary design plans will be provided in the 2nd phase. A soil survey will be commissioned. An intervention/compensation balance is also commissioned. For the administration building, KfW Efficiency House Standard 40 is targeted. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1200 m²) is to be planned, with acquisition and operating costs not included in the stated costs.
