TENDER DESCRIPTION

The town of Triberg in the Black Forest intends to carry out a new construction of a fire station at Frejusstraße 1, 78098 Triberg in the Black Forest, on the plot of land between Frejusstraße, Gerwigstraße and Nußbacher Straße. The buildings existing on the plot will be demolished for this purpose. The demolition is not part of the task advertised here. The aim is to construct a high-quality building for this site which, in addition to high-quality architecture while taking into account the local conditions, also meets the current requirements for cost-effectiveness and sustainability as well as the functional and fire service-specific requirements. For the new construction of the fire station, the town of Triberg commissioned a feasibility study in 2024. This was prepared by Hättich and Faber Architekten PartGmbB from Haslach and is attached to the tender documents as an annex. According to the feasibility study, the GFA (Gross Floor Area) of the maximum three-storey fire station is, as of the current status, approx. 2,000 m².
