TENDER DESCRIPTION
The city of Triberg in the Black Forest intends to realize a new construction of a fire station at Frejusstraße 1, 78098 Triberg in the Black Forest, on the plot between Frejusstraße, Gerwigstraße and Nußbacher Straße. The buildings currently existing on the plot will be demolished for this purpose. The demolition is not part of the task being tendered here. The aim is to build a high-quality building for this site which, in addition to high-quality architecture and taking into account the local conditions, also meets the current requirements regarding cost-effectiveness and sustainability as well as the functional and fire-brigade-specific requirements. For the new construction of the fire station building, the city of Triberg commissioned a feasibility study in 2024. This was prepared by Hättich und Faber Architekten PartGmbB from Haslach and is attached to the tender documents as an annex. The GFA (gross floor area) of the maximum three-storey fire station building is, according to the feasibility study and as of the current status, approximately 2,000 m².
