TENDER DESCRIPTION
Negotiated procedure pursuant to Section 17 VgV with a participation competition with a selection phase and an award phase. Object planning services for engineering structures: new construction of the HB Rotzel high-level reservoir, connection to the local network, conversion of the intermediate pumping station HB Byfang and pressure reducer in accordance with Sections 43 et seq. HOAI, service phases 1 to 9. Specialist planning services: technical equipment (wastewater, water, gas), new construction of the HB Rotzel high-level reservoir, conversion of the intermediate pumping station HB Byfang and pressure reducer in accordance with Sections 53 et seq. HOAI, plant groups 4, 5, 7 and 8 and service phases 1 to 9, service phase 4 as far as required. Specialist planning services: structural engineering for the new construction of the HB Rotzel high-level reservoir and the conversion of the intermediate pumping station in accordance with Sections 49 et seq. HOAI, service phases 1 to 6.
