TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Great District Town (Große Kreisstadt) of Bad Waldsee intends to construct a multi-storey connecting structure between the administrative buildings Ravensburger Straße 1 and Ravensburger Straße 3, in immediate vicinity to the Historic Town Hall. The aim of the measure is to create a central and clearly recognizable entrance area, to improve wayfinding for citizens, and to provide barrier-free access to all usage levels of the two administrative buildings. In addition, a spatial optimization of the existing floor areas is planned, to be achieved through reorganization and minor construction measures. The engineering office AGP from Bad Waldsee prepared a feasibility study in 2025. This feasibility study is not used as a basis for the VgV procedure with planning. The planning must take into account the special urban planning and heritage preservation situation in the historic old town of Bad Waldsee. The Historic Town Hall (Hauptstraße 29) and the building Ravensburger Straße 5 are listed cultural monuments (Kulturdenkmäler).
