TENDER DESCRIPTION

The town of Mering intends to carry out a new build of the town hall as part of an overall project, which is to be implemented in two construction phases. For the object planning of buildings and the outdoor facilities planning, a planning competition has already been conducted. The design resulting from the competition is intended to serve as the basis for further planning and implementation of the overall project. The competition winner has meanwhile been commissioned with the corresponding planning services. The overall project is divided into two construction phases. In the first construction phase (BA 1), the existing town hall will be retained and supplemented by an extension building. In addition, the associated outdoor facilities will be redesigned. In the second construction phase (BA 2), demolition of the existing town hall and construction of a replacement new building are planned as a supplement to the extension building of BA 1.
