TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Municipality of Mering intends to realize a new construction of the town hall as part of an overall measure to be implemented in two construction phases. For the object planning of buildings and for the outdoor facilities planning, a design competition has already been carried out. The design resulting from the competition is intended to form the basis for the further planning and implementation of the overall measure. The competition winner has meanwhile been commissioned with the corresponding planning services. The overall measure is divided into two construction phases. In the first construction phase (BA 1), the existing town hall remains and is complemented by an extension building. In addition, the associated outdoor facilities are to be redesigned. In the second construction phase (BA 2), the demolition of the existing town hall and the construction of a replacement new building are planned as a complement to the extension building of BA 1.
