TENDER DESCRIPTION

The large district town of Leutkirch in the Allgäu is planning the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops, and vehicle hall. Since the waterworks is part of critical infrastructure, object monitoring is fundamentally planned, and the critical system components are to be equipped with protection level RC4 (server area as well as the control system computers, which will probably be located at 2-3 places in office rooms). If compatible with protection level RC4, the building is to be realized in hybrid timber construction. A site plan is attached to the EU notice as Annex 03. Preliminary draft plans will be made available in the second phase. A soil survey will be commissioned. An impact/compensation balance has also been commissioned. For the administrative building, KfW Efficiency House Standard 40 is targeted. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1200 m²) is to be included in the planning; the costs for acquisition and operation are not included in the mentioned costs.
