TENDER DESCRIPTION
The major district town of Leutkirch im Allgäu is planning the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops, and vehicle hall. Since the waterworks is part of critical infrastructure, an object monitoring is generally envisaged, with critical plant parts to be equipped with protection level RC4 (server area and the control system computers, which are expected to be located at 2-3 places in office rooms). If compatible with protection level RC4, the building shall be realized in hybrid wood construction. A site plan is attached to the EU notice as annex 03. The preliminary design plans will be made available in the 2nd phase. A soil report will be commissioned. An impact/compensation balance is also commissioned. For the administrative building, KfW Efficiency House Standard 40 is targeted. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1200 m²) is to be planned, the acquisition and operating costs are not included in the stated costs. The cost framework amounts to €5.9 million gross for building costs groups 200-700 (as of 2026, excluding PV system), of which building cost groups 300+400 approx. €4.0 million.
