TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Lahr is currently preparing a General Drainage Plan (Generalentwässerungsplan, GEP). As part of this, a review of all stormwater discharges into watercourses was carried out. It was found that the stormwater discharge from the industrial estate Langenwinkel has an excessively high pollution load. As a treatment measure, a stormwater clarifier basin is being designed. In sizing the basin, densification within the industrial estate is also to be taken into account. The purpose of this procedure is the Europe-wide award of engineering services for the “construction of the stormwater clarifier basin, including the required integration into the existing drainage infrastructure in the industrial estate Langenwinkel” under a negotiated procedure with a participation competition in accordance with §§ 17 VgV.
