TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Lahr is currently preparing a general drainage plan (GEP). As part of this, all stormwater discharges into watercourses were reviewed. It was found that the stormwater discharge from the Langenwinkel industrial estate has an excessively high pollutant load. A stormwater clarifier basin is being designed as the treatment measure. In sizing the system, the additional development/intensification in the industrial estate is also to be taken into account. The subject of the procedure is the Europe-wide award of consulting engineering services for the “implementation of the stormwater clarifier basin, including the required integration into the existing drainage infrastructure in the Langenwinkel industrial estate” under the negotiated procedure with a participation competition in accordance with §§ 17 VgV.
