TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Triberg in the Black Forest intends to commission the construction of a new fire brigade equipment house at Frejusstraße 1, 78098 Triberg in the Black Forest, on the plot of land between Frejusstraße, Gerwigstraße and Nußbacher Straße. The existing buildings on the site will be demolished for this purpose. The demolition is not part of the task being advertised here. The aim is to construct a high-quality building for this location that, in addition to high-quality architecture and taking account of local conditions, also meets the current requirements for cost-effectiveness and sustainability as well as the functional and fire brigade-specific requirements. For the construction of the new fire brigade equipment house, the City of Triberg commissioned a feasibility study in 2024. This was prepared by Hättich and Faber Architekten PartGmbB from Haslach and is attached to the tender documents as an annex. According to the feasibility study, the gross floor area (BGF) of the maximum three-storey fire brigade equipment house is, based on the current status, approx. 2,000 m².
