TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Triberg in the Black Forest intends to carry out new construction of a fire station on the plot at Frejusstraße 1, 78098 Triberg in the Black Forest, on the property between Frejusstraße, Gerwigstraße and Nußbacher Straße. The buildings currently existing on the site will be demolished for this purpose. The demolition is not part of the task being advertised here. The goal is to construct a high-quality building for this location that, in addition to a high-quality architectural design, also meets the current requirements for cost-effectiveness and sustainability as well as the functional and fire-service-specific requirements, taking into account the local conditions. For the new construction of the fire station, the City of Triberg commissioned a feasibility study in 2024. This was prepared by Hättich and Faber Architekten PartGmbB from Haslach and is attached to the tender documents as an annex.
