TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Triberg in the Black Forest intends to carry out construction of a new fire station building at Frejusstraße 1, 78098 Triberg in the Black Forest, on the plot of land between Frejusstraße, Gerwigstraße and Nußbacher Straße. The buildings existing on the plot of land will be demolished for this purpose. The demolition is not part of the task advertised here. The aim is to construct a high-quality building for this location that, in addition to high-quality architecture, taking into account the local conditions, also meets the current requirements for cost-effectiveness and sustainability as well as the functional and fire-service-specific requirements. For the new construction of the fire station building, the City of Triberg commissioned a feasibility study in 2024. This was prepared by Hättich und Faber Architekten PartGmbB from Haslach and is attached to the tender documents as an annex. According to the feasibility study, the GFA (gross floor area) of the maximum three-storey fire station building is currently approx. 2,000 m². In addition, a training tower is to be erected.
