TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Triberg in the Black Forest intends to carry out construction of a new fire station at Frejusstraße 1, 78098 Triberg in the Black Forest, on the plot of land between Frejusstraße, Gerwigstraße and Nußbacher Straße. The existing buildings on the plot of land will be demolished for this purpose. The demolition is not part of the task tendered here. The aim is to build a quality-oriented building for this site which, in addition to high-quality architecture while taking account of the local conditions, also meets the current requirements concerning cost-effectiveness and sustainability as well as the functional and fire-department-specific requirements. For the construction of the new fire station, in 2024 the City of Triberg commissioned a feasibility study. This was prepared by Hättich und Faber Architekten PartGmbB from Haslach and is attached to the tender documents as an appendix. According to the feasibility study, the gross floor area (BGF) of the maximum 3-storey fire station is currently estimated to be approx. 2,000 m². In addition, a training tower is to be constructed.
