TENDER DESCRIPTION

The large district town of Leutkirch in the Allgäu is planning the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops, and vehicle hall. Since the waterworks is part of critical infrastructure, in principle, site supervision is provided, and critical system components are to be equipped with protection level RC4 (server area as well as the control system computers, which will be located in 2-3 places in office rooms). If compatible with protection level RC4, the building is to be realized using timber hybrid construction. A location plan is attached as Annex 03 to the EU notice. The preliminary design plans will be made available in the second phase. A soil report will be commissioned. An impact / compensation balance is also commissioned. For the administrative building, KfW Efficiency House Standard 40 is targeted. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1,200 m²) is to be planned, the costs for acquisition and operation are not included in the mentioned costs.
