TENDER DESCRIPTION

The major district town of Leutkirch in the Allgäu region is planning the new construction of the waterworks consisting of administration, workshops, and vehicle hall. Since the waterworks count as critical infrastructure, site supervision is generally intended; the critical system parts are to be equipped with protection level RC4 (server area as well as the control system computers, which are expected to be located at 2-3 places in office rooms). If compatible with protection level RC4, the building should be realized using timber hybrid construction. A site plan is attached to the EU notice as Annex 03. The preliminary design plans will be made available in the second phase. A soil survey will be commissioned. A disturbance/compensation balance is also commissioned. KfW efficiency house standard 40 is targeted for the administrative building. A photovoltaic system (approx. 1200 m²) is to be planned; the costs for acquisition and operation are not included in the stated costs.
