TENDER DESCRIPTION
The town of Triberg in the Black Forest intends to carry out a new build for a fire station at Frejusstraße 1, 78098 Triberg in the Black Forest, on the property between Frejusstraße, Gerwigstraße and Nußbacher Straße. The buildings currently existing on the property will be demolished for this purpose. The demolition is not part of the task being tendered here. The objective is to construct a high-quality building for this site that, in addition to high-quality architecture, also meets the current requirements for cost-effectiveness and sustainability, as well as the functional and fire-service-specific requirements, taking account of local conditions. For the construction of the new fire station, in 2024 the town of Triberg commissioned a feasibility study. This was prepared by Hättich and Faber Architekten PartGmbB from Haslach and is attached to the tender documents as an annex. According to the feasibility study, the GFA (BGF) of the maximum 3-storey fire station is, according to the current status, approximately 2,000 m². In addition, a training tower is to be built.
