TENDER DESCRIPTION

The town of Triberg in the Black Forest intends to carry out a new build for a fire station at Frejusstraße 1, 78098 Triberg in the Black Forest, on the plot of land between Frejusstraße, Gerwigstraße and Nußbacher Straße. The buildings currently existing on the plot will be demolished for this purpose. The demolition is not part of the task advertised here. The objective is to construct a high-quality building for this site which, in addition to high-quality architecture and taking into account the local conditions, also meets the current requirements relating to cost-effectiveness and sustainability as well as the functional and fire-service-specific requirements. For the new build of the fire station, the town of Triberg commissioned a feasibility study in 2024. This was prepared by Hättich and Faber Architekten PartGmbB from Haslach and is attached to the tender documents as an appendix. According to the feasibility study, the GFA (gross floor area) of the maximum 3-storey fire station is, based on the current status, approx. 2,000 m². In addition, a training tower is to be erected.
