TENDER DESCRIPTION
The City of Vechta intends to carry out the conversion and refurbishment of the Overberg School. The three-stream facility is to be adapted to a 3.5-stream structure and modernised. The planning is intended to include new concepts for buildings 4 and 5 (classroom blocks), the assembly hall, and the areas of building 2 that have not yet been refurbished. For this purpose, the entire property may be included in the design. Lot 1: Planning services for the following HOAI scopes of service: • object planning buildings and interiors (§§ 33 ff. HOAI), service phases 1 to 9 The contracting authority initially awards only service phases 1 to 4 in accordance with HOAI and reserves the right to award the remaining service phases individually or in full. There is no entitlement to any further award, nor may any other contractual obligations for the contracting authority arise from this. In the event of a call-off, the contractor is obliged to provide the services, where applicable also in stages or individually or in full.
