TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Vechta intends to carry out the conversion and refurbishment of Overberg School. The 3-stream facility is to be adapted and modernised to a 3.5-stream capacity. The planning is to include new concepts for buildings 4 and 5 (classroom blocks), the assembly hall for breaks, and the unsanated areas of building 2. For this purpose, the entire plot of land may be included in the design. Lot 1: Planning services for the following HOAI service profiles: • Object planning for buildings and interiors (§§ 33 et seq. HOAI), service phases 1 to 9 The contracting authority initially commissions only service phases 1 to 4 in accordance with HOAI and reserves the right to commission the remaining service phases, in whole or in part, in detail. There is no entitlement to further commissioning, nor can any other contractual obligations for the contracting authority arise from this. In the event of a call-off, the contractor is obliged to provide the services, if applicable also in stages and/or in detail or in whole.
