The subject of this public procurement is the preparation of a Comprehensive Project for an investment initiative in accordance with Article 150 of the Spatial Development of the Republic of Bulgaria Act (ZUT), including a PUP–PRZ and a technical design, as well as the exercise of copyright supervision during construction for the object: ‘Construction of a boxing training hall in UPI VI, plot 653 according to the plan of plot “Mladost”, Sliven’. I. 1. A detailed development plan in the part “land-use/building layout” for UPI VI, in plot 653, according to the plan of plot “Mladost”, in the town of Sliven, designated “for sport”, property with a new identification number 67338.561.149 under the Cadastre Map (KК), as an application to the regulation plan approved by Order No. РД 15-438/09.03.2021; 2. A technical investment project for the main development in the property – a building for a sports hall for boxing with stands/tiers and the necessary open areas and parking spaces, in compliance with the applicable rules and regulations.
