TENDER DESCRIPTION

A comprehensive endoscopy system for gastroenterological, pneumological and endosonographic diagnostics and therapy is to be procured. The procurement scope includes flexible endoscopes of various types, ultrasound endoscopes, bronchoscopes, endoscopy and ultrasound systems including peripheral devices, equipment trolleys, image processing components as well as the required service and maintenance services. Further components of the procurement scope are the delivery, installation and commissioning of the systems. The contractor shall provide the scope of the procurement item during the life-cycle of eight years within the framework of a lease purchase (including full-service maintenance or preventive maintenance). After this period, all installations, technology, devices etc. located at the contracting authority shall become the property of the contracting authority.
