TENDER DESCRIPTION
Video conferencing systems are to be supplied in accordance with an EVB-IT framework agreement for system delivery and EVB-IT system delivery General Terms and Conditions as well as EVB-IT services. The video conferencing systems involve the procurement of video conferencing solutions that are intended to be operated and connected within the contracting authority’s complex and highly available Cisco Video Meeting Server infrastructure (Cisco CMS) and Expressways (Cisco VCS-E & C). Cisco-manufacturer encoders must be offered that support video communication via the SIP video protocol. For the video conferencing systems, in addition to delivery, the IMAC/R/D processes for the respective systems and support are also to be tendered. The term of the framework agreement begins with the award, but no earlier than 01.01.2027, and has a duration of 4 years. The maximum value to be stated in the EU publication for framework agreements is 150% of the awarded contract value. This means that the contracting authority will call off services from this framework contract up to the maximum value of 150% of the total offered amount.
