TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of this special care mandate pursuant to § 140a SGB V, and with the involvement of various health service providers, AOK Bayern pursues the objective of sustainably improving the medical care of participating insured persons—especially in rural regions—through video consultations. In doing so, the use of video consultations for the insured person within 30 minutes must be made possible by a qualified network of doctors from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (including on Sundays and public holidays) by means of a digital communication and networking process, and cooperation between the doctor providing the video consultation and the (family) doctor on site must be promoted. The bidder’s offer includes an overall package of services that ensures a user-friendly and seamless customer journey.
