This tender seeks the development and implementation of a unified information system for public and freight transport management, carrier administration, and user alerting. The core scope encompasses a passenger mobile application, a client self-service portal, various workstations for transport service providers and administrative staff, and a bus driver console, alongside comprehensive functionalities for carrier services such as permit issuance and trip management. Detailed technical, functional, and non-functional requirements, including extensive integration specifications with internal and external systems, are outlined in the Technical Specification. Bidders must demonstrate an average financial turnover of at least EUR 3,000,000.00 (excluding VAT) over the previous three closed financial years.
