TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement services of the Group Services of the Northern Ostrobothnia Welfare Area (hereinafter Pohde) requests your offer for barcode scanners in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The supplier shall offer both wired and wireless models. The devices offered may be of different brands. The contract period for the barcode scanners is two years, after which the contract continues for an indefinite period. The contract period for accessories, spare parts and consumables is fixed-term for two years, after which the contract continues for an indefinite period. The procurement quantities stated in the invitation to tender are estimated quantities for a 48-month period, and they are provided to tenderers solely to support the preparation of the tender. The procurement contract does not create any obligation for the contracting authority to place a minimum order; rather, actual consumption may be greater or less.
