TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement services of the Corporate Services division of the Northern Ostrobothnia Wellbeing Services County (hereinafter Pohde) requests your offer for barcode scanners in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. The supplier must provide both a wired and a wireless model. The devices offered may be of different brands. The contract period for the barcode scanners is valid for two years, after which the contract continues for an indefinite period. The contract period for accessories, spare parts and consumables is for a fixed term of two years, after which the contract continues for an indefinite period. The procurement quantities stated in the request for tenders are estimated consumption quantities calculated for 48 months, and they are provided to tenderers only to support the preparation of the tender. The procurement contract does not create a quantity obligation for the contracting authority; instead, actual consumption may be higher or lower.
